- Convince new and existing customers of products and services in the field of analytical technology
- Provide technical and commercial advice to international customers and partners in Europe
- Prepare technical quotations, negotiate contracts and ensure that orders are processed on time
- Continuously monitor and analyze the market and competitive situation to identify sales opportunities
- Frequent documentation of sales activities and sales opportunities in the CRM tool Salesforce
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and events
- Work closely together with management, the R&D, marketing and support team
